Fans of the Green Meadow Subdivision the 2^nd Quarter Statistics are in!

The subdivision had a total of 3 home sales making that a total of 6 for 2010. That’s 3 more homes sales than what we saw in 2009 during the same time period!

Although the subdivision had more total in sales this year than last, the average sales price dropped to $416,581. That’s nearly a $100,000 drop with an average of 51 days longer to sell!

It’s very probable that these are the effects we’re experiencing from the first time home buyer tax credit. Although the tax credit is over I feel the effects will continue into 3^rd quarter so we will need to be patient to see what’s really going on in the market.
